Terms & Conditions of Photography competition in Shadowscope
:- i) Only one image/Author is eligible for the competition. ii) This is absolutely free competition .iii) Theme of the competition in this (5th) issue is “LANDSCAPE“. We are expecting images with minimal presence of manmade constructions iv) Deadline: - 12th MAY 2023. v) Result will be published in this (5th) issue of Shadowscope only and it can be downloaded from our website . vi) All entries are welcome through our prescribed form. vii) The organizer i.e. Shadowscope as well as Kolkata Shadowlines reserve the all rights to use entries/ images to its websites, official social networking accounts, any kind of promotions, throughout the submission period or even later. Such publication does not guarantee an award of any kind. viii) The organizer is able to deliver all awards within India only. No communication will be entertained in this regard. ix) This contest has 5 awards. First prize worth Rs.1000 and other 4 are golden medals as honourable mention. x) Although entries are handled with the greatest possible care, the organizer will not bear responsibility for accidents, damage, loss, or other problems that occur during data transfer. The organizer will send all awards with possible care but have no liability in transition. xi) Participants are solely responsible regarding copyrights or other intellectual property rights, model’s consents and other legal liabilities. The organizer has no liability in these regards. xii) Image specification : Longest side:- 1920 pix x1080pix,300 dpi with no alteration/manipulation with minimal editing.
